O Tannenbaum

Monday, December 24, 2007

This is the first time I've put up a Christmas tree myself. When I was a student, I'd either spend holidays at home or simply didn't have enough room for a tree. I still don't have much room but you gotta have a tree!

O Tannenbaum

We even had a bit of snow yesterday. White Christmas!

Snow!

It's great to snuggle up on the couch with a good knit and a hot drink. My pick: Clipper's Organic Indian Chai with whipped milk and sprinkled cinnamon on top. Yummy!

Progress!

Sunday, December 23, 2007

Or, at least the illusion of progress: Raverly-provided progress bars!

Ravelry Progress Bars

These are so cute! This is still a beta feature so if you'd like to display your WIPs (or FOs! I haven't done that yet) on your blog, post in this thread (if it reads OPEN) and code monkey Casey will enable you. :)

Is there a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than to knit (on that cardigan) and watch holiday movies? Btw, those sock on the WIP page? Totally finished. I just haven't blogged about them yet. (Yea, yea, no cookie.)

Wrap Up

Friday, December 14, 2007

Keeping it brief today as I have to pack up for a weekend trip.

All Wrapped Up

Printed out some gift tags with fiber contents and care instructions. Note the artistic blurring of recipients' names. ;)

Holiday Knits

Project deets after the holidays! Or you can take a peek in my Raverly notebook. (I'll add some more pics there Sunday-ish.) Have a nice weekend! :)
