This one has been one of my favorites for a long time, I made it when I was still in (the Finnish equivalent of) high school. Made with fully synthetic yarn to get an elegant shiny look. The pattern is from a Finnish magazine Pirkka (issue 4/96).

The pillow is assembled of 40 pillow squares, one square measuring approx 3x3 ins. The pillow square looks like a combination of Popcorn Bedspread Square and Puffy Square but originally the pattern is from a Finnish crafts magazine Uudet Käsityöt (can't remember which issue).
