Wrapping Up Downton

With just a couple of days to spare, I finished my “Downton” from Greenwood Fiberworks before the end of the spin-along. And cleared my bobbins for Tour de Fleece.

  • On Ravelry: Downton Abbey

  • Yardage: 205 m / 223 yd

  • Skein weight: 120 g / 4.2 oz

  • Yarn weight: 170 m/100 g or 847 ypp

  • WPI: 11-12 (worsted weight)

  • Plies: Navajo plied

This is very squishy – I finally managed to spin thicker and with less twist. I can’t wait to see how this will stripe knitted up but I have no idea what to make with it. Maybe a hat? Or a pair of mitts?
