Tour de Fleece 2012 - Day 20
Finished spinning the Flamingo singles today, FINALLY. That took considerably longer than I expected, about two and a half episodes of the Stockinette Zombies. Total spinning time: 2 hours 12 minutes.
Before plying, I need to clean and oil my spinning wheel first. It’s been getting so much action during the Tour that all sort of gunk is starting to build up in the moving parts. At times it felt like treadling in mud – very frustrating!
