The Birds Are Late

Finally, FO pics of the Birds of a Feather mystery shawl. It’s an odd shape and size, and I’m not sure whether I’m entirely pleased with it. I really don’t know how to wear it, that’s for sure.

This particular skein of Baltic seems to be cursed. I'd originally gotten it to make Veera Välimäki's shadow mystery shawl but ended up ripping it out because (ha!) it was an odd shape. Second try with the yarn and the it isn't much better. The second shadow skein, tml in Candlewick, did make one of my favorite cardigans so I guess that evens it out.

  • Mods: Did the slits in Clue 4 but sewed them shut after blocking
