Here’s One I Made Earlier

You know how in cooking shows when they make something that takes ridiculously long to cook, they just miraculously pull a perfect cake/roast/whatever from under the bench? Yes, well, here’s one I made earlier. :D

And they are, indeed, knitted wool leggings. The yoga class I regularly go to is held in a gym hall that gets unbearably chilly in the winter. Try relaxing in shavasana when you’re shava-shivering! So, wool pants to the rescue. They’re not the prettiest pair but very warm.

  • On Ravelry: Yoga Pants

  • Pattern: 103-23 Tights from Garnstudio

  • Yarn: 788 m (862 yd) of various scraps of DK-weight yarn

  • Needles: Ribbing and waist band on 3.5 mm needles, 4.0 mm otherwise

  • Mods: Added an elasticated waist band, added an extra increase (4 sts) in the hips
