13 Sweaters in 2013: Pick, Pick, Pick It Up

Next up, #7 for 13 Sweaters in 2013.

Last year, I knitted Meghan Munro's pick, pick, pick it up and wrote:

I want to make another one in stripes.

So I did. Bought this yarn at a destash in the knitting retreat in April, thinking it would be enough for a shrug or a short bolero-type cardi. WRONG! Plenty enough for a full-length shawl-collar cardigan. With awesome stripes.

  • On Ravelry: Stripe It Up!

  • Pattern: pick, pick, pick it up! by Meghan Munro, available on Crafster

  • Yarn: Gjestal Bris (50/50 wool/soy blend) in #132 purple and #731 gray, four balls each (total 836 yd/765 m)

  • Needles: 5.0 and 6.0 mm

  • Mods: It’s a recipe! Everything’s a mod!
