Indie Design Gift-a-long 2019

You know what time it is! The Indie Design Gift-a-long is back again for another year.

What? If you've never heard of the Gift-a-long (or GAL for short) before, you've been missing out on the biggest annual pattern sale on Ravelry. The Indie Design Gift-a-long celebrates indie pattern designers with lots of knit-alongs, crochet-alongs, contests, treasure hunts, and prizes. And it marks the beginning of the holiday season: Christmas is a mere month away so it's time to get cracking on gift knitting. This is the seventh year of the GAL and my fourth as a participating designer. For this year I've included a selection of sweaters, shawls, and cowls — all perfect for knitting for yourself or for gifts. My 2019 Gift-a-long offerings contain a mix of new releases since last year's GAL as well as some old favorites.

But when does it all start?

When? The Indie Design Gift-a-along kicks off with a week long sale period from Tuesday November 26 (8 pm Eastern) to Sunday December 2, 2019 at midnight. Nearly 300 designers from all over the world are having a sale on 5000+ of patterns in 8 different pattern categories. That's massive!
